Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship only within the Contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states plus Washington, D.C.). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

All orders placed through our US webshop are shipped from our local distribution center in the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
No extra import fees or taxes will be charged.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Options
- Standard Shipping: $6 (calculated at checkout).
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $60.
We ship all orders via USPS, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
How Does Shipping Work?

Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check that your email address and shipping address are entered correctly so we can keep you in the loop. -
Order Processing
Orders received on weekdays before 12 PM (local time) typically ship out the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship on the following business day. -
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is packed and handed over to USPS, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Simply click the link in the email or enter the tracking number on the USPS website to see your package’s progress. -
Delivery Attempt
If USPS attempts delivery when you’re not home, they’ll typically leave a notice or follow standard USPS guidelines (e.g., leave the package in a safe place or bring it back to your local post office for pickup). Check your tracking link or any USPS notices for more details on re-delivery or pickup.
When Will I Receive My Order?
While exact transit times may vary depending on your location, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after they leave our warehouse. Please note that holidays, carrier delays, or seasonal surges (like around the winter holidays) may extend shipping times.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of shipment, please email us at info@wallyandwhiz.com. We’ll do everything we can to help locate your order.
I Haven’t Received a Tracking Number or My Parcel – What Should I Do?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation or tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, or if your package seems lost:
- Check your email’s spam/junk folder to make sure our confirmation email didn’t end up there.
- If you still don’t see any update, please contact us at info@wallyandwhiz.com. We’ll investigate and help you track it down.
Refunds & Returns
We cannot accept returns of our gummies (no one wants secondhand candy!), but we’re committed to ensuring that you love our products. If you experience any issue with your order - whether an incorrect item, damage during transit, or anything else - reach out to us at info@wallyandwhiz.com and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Sometimes, packages can get mixed around in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@wallyandwhiz.com within 3 business days of delivery with:
- A photo of the shipping box.
- A photo of the shipping label.
- A photo (or description) of the damaged or incorrect product(s).
- Your order number.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that’s sending replacement items or finding another suitable solution.
Delivery Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed, damaged, or seems lost in the postal abyss:
- First, check your tracking link to see if USPS has provided a specific update.
- If the information is unclear or you have concerns, email us at info@wallyandwhiz.com, and we’ll do our best to help sort things out quickly.
Please note: During peak seasons or due to unexpected events (severe weather, high shipping volume, etc.), there may be extra delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
