We can’t take back food products (because, well, no one wants secondhand gummies), but if something’s wrong with your order or you’re not happy, please reach out! We want you to love your gummies, so email us at info@wallyandwhiz.us, and we’ll make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Since we sell food products, we are unable to accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on custom products, gift cards, or sale items.
